After 12 years of IC PM and product leadership at startups, I've been a product coach, advisor, recruiter and consultant for the past 5. I love helping people unlock their career potential and there's nothing more rewarding that to see a client hit career and product milestones.

Charlene is the founder of LivingOS, author of Model Breakers, and product management leader with experience from Google. She’s pioneered the Value Coaching Method to help 200+ leaders solve their top problems and the LivingOS Fellowship to help 100+ high achievers redesign their life.

Kelly coaches people through challenging career moments with her own experience transitioning from phase to phase in life. She is a trained coach that works with individuals and groups to support them in wellbeing and leadership development journeys. From starting as an engineer to becoming a growth hacker at Uber to scaling Operations at Snapchat to leading teams of 100+ at hyper growth startups in London, Kelly takes a tailored, structured, and empowering approach to help you take tangible steps to reaching your fullest potential. In over a decade in the tech industry, she gained practical experience as to what makes individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in a modern & hybrid working world.

Victoria empowers people to take action to define their values and challenge their limits with compassion, focusing on research-based leadership strategies and from-the-field tactics. She's currently the COO and Co-Founder of Outpace. She led the go-to-market for ground-breaking products at Facebook and Uber, including the initial development and launch of uberPOOL and Facebook Live. At Netflix, she led Product Innovation for shows in the verticals of Unscripted and Series, including "Tidying Up With Marie Kondo" and "You".

She's also worked extensively with startups as Startup Garage mentor at Station F in Paris, Twitter Chimehack Hack-a-thon, MIT, Kleiner Perkins Hack, and more. Victoria has spoken on the intersection of leadership, technology, and personal growth at TEDxUCLA, Women of Impact, Seattle Interactive, University of Southern California, and Wonder Women in Tech. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIT Sloan and BA in Mass Media and Business Economics from UCLA.

Jori is a product leader and coach with over a decade of product management experience at top tech companies including Spotify, Audible and SoundCloud.  She has experience managing products and teams through the full product lifecycle at world-class organizations. She has extensive experience with product discovery, execution and GTM on scaled consumer products, with 5+ years in the creator economy space and 6+ years in streaming.   Aside from hard skills, Jori has coached individuals, at all levels, looking to level up soft skills like stakeholder management, communication and inclusive workplace practices. She has helped budding product managers and established senior product leaders with career pivots, visioning tools and managing the unforseen challenges of the modern workplace (i.e. imposter syndrome, remote work, mental health at work).
