Ravi brings years of executive leadership experience to his coaching conversations, focusing on radical candor and evidence-based strategies. He's the CEO and Co-Founder of Outpace, a company that is reinventing the way that people learn and grow. He's also an active investor and advisor, primarily focused on consumer tech companies.
He's spent his career building and scaling great consumer technology products and teams. Prior to founding Outpace, he was an Executive-in-Residence at Reforge where I helped create the Product Leadership program and helped launch the Product Strategy program. I was the Chief Product Officer at Tinder, a Product Director at Facebook focused on Gen Z Engagement, and the Head of Consumer Product at Tripadvisor. I started my career at Microsoft where I was an early member of the Xbox team.

Sumit combines his experiences as a techie, engineer, 3x entrepreneur, leader in companies like Yahoo and Booking.com, and as a poet and photographer – to help leaders merge the science of doing business with the art of leadership. He lives with his wife & son in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Colleen partners with people to explore, define and achieve their career aspirations with practical, proven strategies. Over her career, she’s built product and business strategy and led teams at Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and various smaller startups, and launched her own Etsy shop with artisans she met while living in Ecuador. Colleen also serves as a mentor, coach, and instructor at UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, and General Assembly.

She focuses on helping them level up as a product manager/leader, build consensus, communicate effectively, and develop their unique leadership style.

Cissy helps product managers and leaders lead through chaotic situations to build successful products, teams, and careers. She uses a combined coaching-advising approach that’s informed by patterns learned from her consumer product leadership experience from LinkedIn and Sequoia-backed startup Citizen. She focuses on helping them level up as a product manager/leader, build consensus, communicate effectively, and develop their unique leadership style.

Her professional experience has helped me to build product expertise in subscription businesses, content/community products, and ML-based products. She managed revenue retention for LinkedIn Premium, a $1B subscription business. At Citizen, a Sequoia-backed safety startup, she built the 0 to 1 consumer subscription business that generated the company's first $1M in annualized revenue. She 2.5X'd the number of commenters on LinkedIn in one year and launched Reactions, a new way for users to communicate professionally yet authentically. She also led the comment ranking and comment quality models, launched better job recommendation models, and built new products for premium subscribers by leveraging LinkedIn data.
