Having been a start-up founder, a product leader and a mentor to technology executives, he has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology and social impact for his whole career. Andrew received his MBA from Yale, and his undergraduate business degree from Villanova. When he is not coaching, he likes to surf, garden, cook.

On the side, Tami launched Just Not Sorry, a Gmail plug-in used by half a million people around the globe to write more confident emails. She is also the President of the Board of Matan, a non-profit dedicated to creating inclusive and equitable spaces for people with disabilities in the Jewish community. Right now, Tami is focusing on coaching up and coming product leaders, speaking around the world about management and strategy, and writing a children's book called "What do Product Managers Do?". Tami lives with her husband Nadav and two kids in Florida, but has spent half her life in LA and NYC. She loves to travel and considers herself a citizen of the world.
